University Staff Shared Governance sponsored the first of it’s kind Hmong New Year celebration event on campus today. Vice Chancellor Heller offered words of greetings to those gathered to celebrate and Hmong Lecturer Choua Lee spoke on the significance of the event in Hmong culture. University Staff Shared Governance remains committed to a diverse, dignified, and welcoming workplace.
The capacity crowd at Union South included University Staff, elected members of shared governance, students, and special visits by Chancellor Blank and Provost Mangelsdorf.
