Many classified staff employees attended the latest HR Design Forum to get answers to their questions regarding how HR Design will affect the workplace. The forum included HR Design updates in Performance Management, Employee Choice, New Employee Boarding, Transitional Compensation/Living wage, Recruitment, Assessment and Selection (RAS), and workplace flexibility. The event had 25-minute breakout sessions to discuss further into details these components. HR Design also focused on the University Staff Policies that involved grievances, probation, layoffs, temporary employees, and job security.
